2 TELEPHONE INTERVIEW HR department carries out a phone interview with all selected applicants
3 TECHNICAL INTERVIEW Interview with the professional department’s managers, focused on a verification of the skills and the appropriateness of professional profiles
4 HR INTERVIEW Interview with HR department focused on the evaluation of professional qualities and interests according to corporate values
5 INTERVIEW WITH DIRECTION Further interviews may be scheduled with the top management, to confirm the selected applicant
