1999

Beni Stabili listed on the Milan Stock Exchange.

2007

Foncière des Régions majority shareholder of Beni Stabili.

2016

Beni Stabili signs a new strategic agreement to improve its real estate profile.

Istituto Romano dei Beni Stabili is founded.

1999

The new Beni Stabili company is created by the spin-off of real estate portfolio from  Sanpaolo Imi Group.

The new company is listed on the Milan Stock Exchange on November 2nd .

2000

Beni Stabili buys the first real estate portfolio spun-off by Telecom Italia (c. €2.9bn).

A part of the assets (c. €2.1bn, the strategic ones) is transferred into a newly incorporated company called ImSer.

2001

CFI, Compagnia Finanziaria d’Investimento acquires 29.4% of the company from Beni Stabili’s majority shareholder.

2004

100% of CFI is purchased by Leonardo Finanziaria srl.

Leonardo Finanziaria, having raised its interest in Beni Stabili above the 30% threshold, launches a mandatory public tender offer and reaches the 34.6% ownership.

2007

Leonardo Finanziaria signs an agreement with Foncière des Régions  (FdR) contributing its stake in Beni Stabili in return for stake in FdR (~18%).

FdR becomes Beni Stabili’s majority shareholder with a 34.6% interest, launching a public tender offer for all Beni Stabili’s shares.

Following the launch of public tender offer, FdR owns 68.1% of the BS’s issued capital.

2010

Exercise of the option to enter the special Siiq/Siinq regime.

Listing of Beni Stabili’s shares on the NYSE Euronext Exchange in Paris.

2014

Beni Stabili issues 2 senior unsecured bonds for a total of €600m.

Beni Stabili completes the refinancing of ImSer Sec and launches a €150m capital increase.

2015

The Board of Directors approves an important framework agreement with Telecom Italia, in order to extend and enhance the real estate and rental partnership with the major tenant of the group. in place since 2000.

At the end of the year, the Board of Directors appoints Christophe Kullmann as Amministratore Delegato of the company.

2016

In 2016 the company finalizes a pre-let agreement with Fastweb, the largest alternative fixed-line telecommunications provider in Italy on the main development project of the company, Symbiosis.

The company also signed a mortgage loan contract for a total amount of €710 million with an international banking pool which provides also for the possibility to increase the loan up to €810 million. The loan, secured by the portfolio leased to Telecom Italia, has a maturity of eight years and a coupon below 1.8%. The proceeds will be used mainly to prepay corporate loans maturing in 2017 and mortgage financing maturing in 2020 and 2021.

Beni Stabili signs a new strategic agreement with two investors (Crèdit Agricole Assurances and EDF Invest) to contribute €1.54bn of Telecom Italia assets in a new investment vehicule, SICAF, thus improving its real estate profile.
